I'm a physical therapist, father, husband, and fellow competitive hybrid athlete and obstacle course racer.
I'm born and raised New Yorker, received my Bachelor's from Syracuse University, before going to physical therapy school in Virginia at Hampton University, where I met my lovely wife, Kelsie.
My philosophy involves building from your foundation at the foot and ankle, emphasizing stability and strength. We find out your weak spots and use targeted exercises to turn those weakness into strengths, providing extra encouragement and guidance with positivity, undertrained muscle groups and a whole body approach, including looking at nutrition, hydration, sleeping habits, stress management and so much more. We also find an entry point to painful movements and reintroducing them at a lower scale, building up from there until you are better than before and ready to toe the start line again.
When I'm not treating patients, I'm chasing around my two daughters named Clarke and Faye, corgi named Bucky, and cat named Ned. I also enjoys hiking, playing video games, running, journaling, cooking, and spending my remaining time at the gym.
